Hangman Is Coming Down From The Gallows... E-mail
Written by Cotter

Throughout the regular season for the last few years, I have posted a gameday poem for just about every game.

But today, I'm swiping a portion of someone else's, in honor of Big Ben - "Don't Quit," Ben's former Coach Terry Hoeppner's favorite piece of prose.

If this doesn't get you fired up, taser yourself, then read it again.

Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit;
It's when things seem worst that you mustn't quit

Playoff football, friends.

It all comes down to this.

Get loud and crank it up...

Let's get it!

If you haven't already, become a fan of OFTOT on Facebook, and follow Cotter on Twitter. Or don't. Your choice, really.
