[PS - that's all 5'4", 145 lbs of Ben's accuser on the left, there]
Some of you may have seen, last night I had an entire post dedicated to this whole Georgia releasing DVDs of evidence from the Big Ben investigation thing.
Obviously, I took that shit down.
Not because I thought anything I said in it was wrong, or because it was controversial in any [overt] way.
Not even because I'm sick of this whole ordeal (though, believe me, I am).
Really, just because it wasn't my best editorial handiwork.
Sadly, when you go like a week between posts, those razor sharp wordsmithing skills become more like projectile word vomit.
IE - I'm gonna need to put myself through blogger training camp soon, because real training camp isn't that far off (of course, neither is the NY bar exam I'm taking at the end of July, so we'll just see how much I get to write on the internet between now and then).
Anyway, I'm not really going to dwell on this latest annoyance.
The Steelers are "shrugging it off" and so am I.
I'll happily watch Sally Wiggin and Bob Pompeani try and make Ben look like an asshole [UPDATE - they did nothing of the sort!].
But I'm not going to get into this whole debate about guilt or innocence again.
I will, however, quote Ben's accuser, so we can all get a good laugh out of this...
"We were sitting at The Brick, and it was him and his friend, Willie, who is the offensive linebacker..."
Well said, honey.
He's something like that.
Now, let's just forget all this ever happened, shall we?
PS - Jonathan Dwyer says hello...
